Text Problem in PS7

I hope this is the right place for this.

Im having a problem with my ps7's text tool. When I use it the text is on maybe 1-2px, and it wont change to any other size. It says that the size is changed (12, 28, 72) but the actual text stays un-readable. I have no idea why it does this or how to fix it. It usually resets itself after a week or two but I really hate waiting for that. Any help anyone can give will be greatly appretiated!

Hmm..
Is this a new development?
Can you remember any new filters that you installed? If so, try reinstalling them. Also, try to read up on Adobe's customer-support sites. If nothing else helps, reinstalling Photoshop should indubitably fix the problem.

Make sure your resoultion is set to 72 pixels/inch which it should be if you are using it for the internet as sometimes having this more or less can make your text hard to work with
