I found this tutorial on how to use the clone stamp tool(it calls it the "rubber stamp tool" in the tutorial though). I haven't read through it all but I think it should be good enough(also it was made for PS 5.5 so it may be a little different).

Another way to remove blemishes is to eye drop the closest good skin tone to the blemish - pick a fuzzy paintbrush not much bigger than the blemish - select Mode Color (about 80%) - then color the blemish. Then select Mode Lighten (about 20%) and dot the blemish away.

Yes, it's a bit more tedious but you have more control over the end result. (IMHO)

Hi, the best way to do (i think) is :
* use the clone stamp tool and set the value on the brush to very soft
* always use one as large as possible, but make sure not to touch parts that dont look the same. When cloning keep in mind, the best thing to do when you clone is just clone something (no matter what it is) with more or less the same collor as the one you want to have, the structure in the cloned part doesn't matter for now
* so, by now you have covered for example your whole mouth to "delete" it with more or less the same collor as your cheeks and chin.
* the next step is to take the repear tool, draw a selection around the mouth (or u can do it also in smaller steps if you dont have enough refference material) and drag that sellection to a part of smooth skin, you'll see that the structure of the cloned parts change and fit in better. do so untill you are saticefied.
* if you realy dont have refference material for skin or ect. you can download a skin texture inport it to your document and use that as refference, but try to find one simmelar to the texture u want or the texture the rest of the skin has.
* hint: when retouching photographs, its also nice to whiten the teeth, do so by selecting them, select the dodge tool with a soft brush set the occopacity to 25 and brush over them, make sure no lips or other "red flesh" parts are selected

good luck
