Sampling Colors from Webpages

I have a quick question. Is there anyway to sample a certain color from a webpage that you come across? I guess you could import a capture and then just get a sample from that couldnt you? I have both Photoshop CS and Paint Shop Pro 9

Enter Pixie. This little 8KB program will show you the HMTL, RGB, CMYK, HSV and hex codes for the color your mouse is over. It also has built in shortcuts the copy those codes for easy use in a graphics program. This is just what the doctor ordered
