Help With this Tutorial

Hello First of all My Name is Kevin and I'm new to the forums but not to the site i've been visiting for along time now but I need some help with a certain tutorial.
Vector Masking

Im all good untill it says

Photoshop 6 may not have this feature. So that could be the problem.

However, try this:

Make sure you have the LAYER you want to add the mask to selected. You don't want to just have the path selected. Also, check to make sure you are using the white arrow tool - which would be the direct selection tool, not the black arrow - which is the path selection tool.

Kevin, jonbalza is correct. PS6 does not support the 'Create Vector Mask' option. Another way you might want to experiment with is using 'Paths' to achieve the same effect. Open up the Help section of your PS6 program and take a look at the info there. Good luck!!---bedlam123

This was ages ago that i posted this... I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 now.. Maybe It will work this time.. haha I dont even remember what I was having a problem with..
