how do i make a template on PS

im new on the photoshop thing i pretty much mastered the tips in the site tutorials...the easy ones.Im in the mix of making a site of my own but i wanted to know any ways ,any one knows how to make a template cause i dont want to use a preselected one.

Best thing to do is just keep playing with it until you find something that you're satisfied with. Oh, and maybe check out a tutorial or two and get some ideas

thats what im asking for i dont know were to start or stop a tutorial would be nice right now.

like whta size to make the wallpaper on the site and such i know my html and what not but the making part with the manual templates and wallpapper

http://www.good-tutorials.com is a good site for Photoshop tutorials too. I believe they have some tutorials on web design there.
