so ive been trying to figure out how to make real looking glass (for it to look like a picture frame glass) and i havent found any tutorials online and cant figure it out on my own...
anyone know how to make "real" glass...if you do PLEASE reply...

I know what you mean - most glassy effects seem to concentrate on fancy curves, and not the picture-frame flat glass that you want. That said, the following tutorials, slightly adapted, might give you what you need:

thanks a lot and yeah most of the glass tutorials ive found have been more of a stained glass effect or something along those lines
