Not bad, the 300D is a great camera, it uses the same CMOS sensor that the 10D does (6 Megapixels) which gives amazing quality, as for buying the one on the link you provided, go for this one...

This comes the the 18-55MM EF-S lens, which with the 1.6 crop factor of the 300D is a 28-88MM lens, while its not the best lens, its good for a beginner, and it saves having to wait untill you can get a better lens. A good lens that I can see on that site is this.

I know its pretty expensive but its a good lens, 16MM + the 300D 1.6 crop factor is great on a DSLR as a wide angle, the aperture, F/2.8 is fixed so it'll work well in low light conditions and you wont have to boost up the ISO as much.
