Well, if you use red in the header, for example, make sure its repeated on the bottom, as a hyperlink mouseover, on the sides, etc. As an example, look at the colour usage of this very forum. It has different shades of blue and green all over and not just in the header. In fact, the only colour not repeated lots is the orange, and thats because its only used for system functions. There's nothing
wrong with having concentrations of colour, of course, but I think that spreading it makes for a more aesthetically pleasing result in the end...
