I've been asked to make a website that uses Flash, and I have very little knowledge of what can create the format, and so I would really appreciate some input from experienced Flashers. Dear God that sounded wrong...

Anyway, other than Flash MX (obviously) what programs can create Flash? Apparently LiveMotion could, but I can't find a demo at Adobe, so I presume they've discontinued it.
