Neon rendition of a logo

B&W logo:

Neon sign:

This is accomplished by stroking the logo's paths with a very soft brush. You start off with the base color and widest brush. You then narrow the brush around 50% and stroke with a naturally brighter version of the color, and repeat. Your 4th stoke should be your highlight stroke with the hottest, brightest, narrowest stroke and color. I had to do this several times until I got it looking correct. It wasn't hard to do, but the trick is finding the right stroke widths and colors to really create the illusion.
