Personally, I feel the easiest way to get that look might be to just print it out on good paper... then just use a pencil (maybe a variety such as the h's and a b or two to get variation in the darkness of the lead) and sketch over the art in the same manner as the rest of shading was done. Then just scan it back in digitally. I don't think there is a quick fix to probably duplicate the shading style in pencil using filters etc. that would match well... especially if it was done by hand originally. You might also be able to use a Wacom tablet and play with some brush settings to mimic a pencil sketching if that is available but that still may not be exact match to what's already been done.
