You've already brightened and colored the iris but, as has been said, perhaps a little bit of brightness added to the whites of the eyes may help.
Also, sharpening will work wonders. I'd suggest duplicating the layer and sharpening the hell out of it. Then, add a Layer Mask, fill it with black and grab a paintbrush and paint with white only in the areas that need to be sharpened, like the entire eye area and along her right cheek. You can, then, reduce the Opacity of this layer to lessen the effect so that it's not overwhelming.
I agree that the bright pink lipstick doesn't seem to work very well with this image.
Also, you've brightened up the teeth, but there is still some yellowing present. I'd select the teeth area, add a Hue & Saturation Adjustment Layer (which will come with it's own Mask in the shape of the teeth) and click, at the top, where it says Master, and choose Yellow, then reduce the Saturation. This way, you don't get rid of all of the color, just the very noticeable yellowness.
Last, but not least, there is a pretty hard edge on the inside of the lips. A couple of swipes with the Blur Tool should help that.
Good job, though, so far, especially on getting rid of the scar and other blemishes.
