I've got a dozen or so Full MP3 recordings of a choirs song performances.

They are concerned about not being licensed to play the full tracks on their website since they music they performed is not their own.

They want to cut the individual tracks down to a 15 or 20 seconds sample.

So, I want to take the dozen or so MP3's I have and cut them down to 15 or 20 second samples.

But more importantly, I want to recommend a program so they can do this themselves for the future as their music changes regularly. Thus, the program should be reputable and cheap/free.

Since i dont have a lot of use for MP3 Editing, i don't have enough of a base to make a recommendation on my own.
