And, if I do take their photo, you're right Tamlin, I get the "you have Photoshop, can you take out my wrinkles and make me lose some weight?"
The best is when they think the turnaround time for completing an advertisement (for internal purposes) is right away. Yes, send me the info and I'll open it in Photoshop and voila! it's done.

yeah... we have had that kinda thing here too... some of our staff are as bad as the realtors complaining about bad photos and wanting something that looks "professional" when taken with only a point and shoot camera by a non-photo person.
this is why I don't take many photos of "people"... its hard to satisfy most... I prefer animals... they don't complain... though they don't listen well for posing either
