My company was looking to hire someone locally (Colorado) to take some photos of a few products for use in their retail stores. Essentially there will be about 7 items that need to be shot and they have a quote from someone that seems pretty high to me.

What would you charge for a job like this? The end result will be 7 images that are used in 10 retail stores (on seven 2 ft by 6ft banners).

What would you charge for just this use

Would the price change if we were looking to own the photos outright for any use? If so how much for that?

Not looking to hire someone (at least I don't think) but would love help getting a ballpark reasonable price.
