#1) .rar isn't a really great format to provide archives. Use .zip instead.
#2) The language settings done stay put. Set it to English and then click a link it reverts to Russian.
#3) this text "This image may be subject to copyright." clearly shows that you're "lifting" or "borrowing" art and don't want to he held liable. If you provide a download link you are liable.
