Well, the document in question is a simple wallpaper (1680x1050), so saving as TIFF format won't do as I'm not able to open it with Windows Photo Gallery, seems to be corrupted.

File size won't be an issue as long as I can save the document without artifacts/noise and can set it as a wallpaper.
