You didn't see a "request forum" because there isn't one. Most graphics forums don't look too kindly on people requesting "spec work" and professional designers/artists can get quite worked up about being asked to do this kind of thing (
NO!SPEC Just say NO! for example)
There may well be someone here who will be willing to do free work for you, but that's up to them...just don't hold your breath.
Of course, if you're offering some sort of payment that's a different matter, so I'll move this thread into the Marketplace anyway.
