The problem with using Microsoft applications is that every application they produce seems to be riddled with with this "Bill knows best" attitude that tries to second-guess what you want to do and then does it for you - whether you want it to or not. This is most obvious in apps like Excel and Word, but also extends to creating HTML - even in FrontPage, which is
supposed to be a web design app! Even if you can figure out where all the superfluous code is and rip it out, each time you edit a page bloody FrontPage puts it back in again 9 times out of 10.
I don't understand why you say "I cant really use any web programs but MS ones" - is this some sort of company policy, or what? Even if you can't get something like Dreamweaver there are lots of freeware/shareware editors out there as Jolt says. The one I used many years ago to learn what little I do know about HTML is still available, and it's free. It's called
