Hello,

I am trying to construct a page which has 2 sections,
one below the other, but with an image overlapping
the 2 sections.

I have tried a couple of different ways to do this,
but so far to no avail.

I have trouble with the transparency not working;I get
the content div failing to show its background colour.

Can anyone give me an outline of the direction to go?
