This is such a basic technique that you probably don't need a tutorial, as such. Just open up both images in Photoshop, then select the
Move tool (shortcut key:
V) and then click and drag one image into the other - the dragged image will automatically appear as a new layer. The only thing you need to be aware of is that you may get unexpected results in the sizing if your two images are of different resolutions. Also, you may have difficulties if you have two different colour-modes.
