There's no magical "effect" or tutorial that will instantly allow you to create something like The Last Remainder. What you need for that is skill, talent and a lifetime of practice. There are, however, methods for the more "artistically challenged" among us (and I include myself in that category) to produce something akin to "traditional" art from our photographs.
