The idea is that you have an "evil" thing. All things have their own subdomain so for example IE is IE is evil. Everytime new user comes to the page that item gets a new hit and the top list is based on the hits.
Visitors can suggest new evil things and once we have reviewed them, they will (or not) be included in the list. So what's are the things that make your blood boil? Submit them now so we can have an ultimate list of true evil
