I think I remember someone asking this question a while ago, and the basic answer is "no". There is no Preference you can set to change the interface language. I think I read somewhere that you could do it by editing some XML files and hacking one of the DLLs, but that sounds highly dodgy, would almost certainly invalidate whatever warranty you might have, and is probably a recipe for disaster.

I think the only way to change the interface language is to obtain the right version from Adobe.
