Hmm,
I think I would indeed use a classic font like "Moon Star", "Stonhenge" or maybe "Carolingia". Search for them on dafont, as I'm pretty sure I got them from there. And I would add sparkles behind and in front of the text, just little sparkles or maybe little stars(except for the Moon Star of course).
I wouldn't make the text gold or anything yellowish, maybe blue or light blue. Cause the line "not all that glitters is gold" doesn't look good in gold now does it?
Anyway, I hope this helps a bit. I find it rather difficult to think for someone else....
