There are many graphic tablets you can use ranging from cheap to rather expensive. Tamlin gave me a few links, you might start your hunt at amazon. There again there may be other sites out there that can help you.

That does depend on where you're located (UK, USA etc) . And what your requirements are. But I suggest that if you are competent in drawing freehand then a graphics tablet is for you. (I know i would rather have a tablet than a mouse anyday!). And from what I hear, tablets are more preferable to mice when it comes to freehand anyways!

Failing that, a high resolution scanner should allow you to open your pencil / pen scetches into photoshop, where you may roam freely with colouring and so forth.
