Hi Everybody!

I am not only new to this forum, I am fairly new to the graphics world. I have been playing around, teaching myself for about a year. I just finally got a computer that has some power and doesn't die on me. At the moment I can't afford Photo Shop, so I am using Paint Shop Pro 12. I was told that I could learn from Photo Shop Tutorials and transfer the knowledge. I am having trouble making photos or any graphic files larger without having either distortion or corruption. I am doing some stuff for a friend's web site and I am archiving family photos. Any suggestion?
