I didn't notice that all your layer's are set for position:absolute
Unfortunately, the way these layers are created, i don't think centering is possible.
an absolute position means just that, absolute. So if you place the top left corner of a div (or layer) at 10,10 it's always going to appear their no matter whether the users screen size is 640x480 800x600 1024x768 or larger...
Your CSS has to be reworked to achieve the centering that you want... Unfotunately, i don't have the time to do it for you now... i will try this evening.
