im basically trying to make a news ticker. i was thinking something like
this (in the middle of the page).
would anyone help me build this news ticker for my site?
im trying to avoid using premade ones because i dont want to pay for it or exchange links! lol

p.s. i forgot to add that im trying to use an xml file with the news ticker rather than type my news in the body of my webpage!
