hey psd, i would go to your clip in the timeline, right click on it and go to "speed/duration"

once you're in there you SHOULD be able to just click "reverse" if you do not have the "reverse" option, then take your speed rate and change it to -100%

now if this procedure does not work, I would export that movie clip you want reversed normally (forwards) with a non-compression export, now that it's an actual avi, or mpg whatever, you can now bring that into your scene again, and just try what i suggested in the first couple steps.
