Can you access your photo's? If so move them to (presuming you have windows?) 'My Documents/my photos'. Download something like Picasa (free by Google) or XnView to view your pics. If you want to use your starter photoshop, remove it from you computer, restart and then reload. If that doesn't work look for an alternative and if you don't know ask here in BioRust there is plenty of brains to pick.
