So after setting everything to relative, and setting the site width to 769, it has centered everything. The only problem is that none of it is put together. It looks like scattered puzzle pieces, all going down the middle. Nothing is put together, but the lengths and widths seem ok of each piece. Aggghhh I am going crazy!
