Well, I have two things who, in my opinion, should be changed:

1.the background should be a bit less, or maybe a little lighter. Because its too busy right now.

2.change the navbar, so that in every case you can see where you are at the moment. And maybe make an hover effect too, but that's just for teh looks of it.

The rest of the site is pretty neat, it looks like an good bussiness site and that is what you want right? Then one more thing, those lines with the links...maybe you should leave those or out them under the text, because I find them a bit annoying. But as I said that could also just me, heh. And what jaccore said is also true, I would work on that one to if I where you.

just an question, is this an site template you want to sell. Or is this an site for an company that hired you? Or is this like an experiment, or an portofolio work?
