you can try "gotoandplay (1)" on the last frame of your animation, that will make it go to frame 1 and play from there...

that's flash, i'm not sure how to do it in swish though

i've always used kirupa.com - Shocked Resource for Making Designers better Developers! as my flash source, it's a great source...
