I got the beta and tried it, for a few days (I don't expect to be able to afford it any time soon, so I didn't want to get too used to using it). I was impressed with most of the new features. (I'm not a Photographer, so I have no need for the RAW dialog - although, in CS3, you can open and manipulate any JPG within RAW, so it could prove useful).
I would love to get my hands on the whole Creative Suite. Heck, I would love to just have a system capable of running it.
From what I've heard, all of the applications are, now, highly integrated with one another.
