I would go to:
customize>preferences>viewports>configure driver>click match bitmap as close as possible. Restart the program.
just keep in mind, this can slow down your computer performance, depending on your system spec's...

also, in the material editor, there is a setting to make your texture "high quality"
i cannot remember which button it is (as i don't have max installed on this computer and it's been awhile since i opened max)
but that could be an alternative if the other method doesn't work or slows your system down too much

if that question was directed at me, I'll have to answer no.
I do not have 3dsmax installed on my computer so i cannot check.
sorry. Maybe some other max users can point you in the right direction, or... the help files in max F1 helps bigtime
