Advice plis!

I need few advice what should I change to make this this perfect. Come on, tell me ^^

You definately need more detail in the 'wings' so that they resemble real feathers. At the moment the model looks like like two basic shapes slapped together, which ruins it i'm afraid. You have no need to go all out on a complex model - even a decent texture map would do wonders for you here...

that's true and you could maybe create more like shadows, it looks alittle to bright now. And indeed you should detail the wings, you could do it with some textures but i think the best way is to make feathers with shadows if you have lot's of time ofcourse
