I must agree with LaFleureRouge,
the eye should be a bit less brighter....like it is emiting light but you're not looking into his eyes. Because that would be to scary.
The rest of the picture is pretty nice, maybe you should incorporate the logo somehow....or does this clan haven't go a logo?
