Corel Painter Presets

I've just started feeling my way around (very tentatively) in Corel Painter - "traditional" art is not really my forte, but I like the idea of playing around with stuff like watercolours and oil paints without having to clean the brushes and clear up the mess afterwards.

Anyhow, here's my question: can you download extra "presets" for Painter like you can for Photoshop (you know, things like Brushes, Shapes, Gradients etc.) or are you pretty much limited to what comes with the program?

I've tried a quick search on You-Know-Where, but to be honest I didn't really know what to look for. Corel's website doesn't seem to be as informative as Adobe's. Any ideas/links anyone?

I realize this is an obviously numpty question, but I am a total noob with this program so feel free to point at me and laugh derisively.
