If I'm not mistaken, if you want to stream anything from your server, your server needs to be set up to have that capability.
Take a look at
RADIO.BLOG.CLUB. I use it on my site and I like it. It's a flash radio player. You have to convert your mp3s to their format so it's smaller in size and then upload them to your server.
