I'm a new Flash user and I'd like realize a small animation like this tutorial:

my problem is that i've got two overlapped photo and and I'd like that when i press the button of the "back photo" I can see all part of it and not just the part that isn't covered by the "front photo".(the two foto are in two differen layers and without the overlap the animation is ok!!)
Can someone suggest me somethig to do
?
