Something like an ftp site where images can be held, quickly viewed for duplicates, quanity, appropriate viewing etc. There hasn't been a huge amount of submissions of late. This is a pretty good idea on the face of it, but I'm not sure how it would work in practice, unless Man1c M0g has a bunch of elves working for him that he could put on "image quality control" duty. Unfortunately, as far as I know, BioRUST is a part-time concern for everyone and a job like that would demand a large chunk of anyone's time. I know M0g has also attempted to impose a maximum limit on image uploading, but it doesn't seem to be working.
