I would try 100WebSpace - Free Web Hosting Service and Web Space I used to use them a while back. For what they off for free is really nice and for 3$ a month you can get rid of the ads, plus some minor upgrades. It looks they changed the ads since I last used them. Also you can't upload files larger than 500kb....one of the reasons I stoped using there free hosting.
