I've already reminded him of the Forum Rules regarding sig size:
- No oversized signatures: A signature is a privilege, not a right. Please do not anger other users by setting enormous signitures. A maximum of 5 lines of text is usually regarded as the upper limit. If you use an image as your signiture, limit its size to no bigger than 520px in width, 100px in height, and 75kb in filesize. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension of your signature abilities until you learn how to use them properly.
