I think you should leave the drop in thing from the two images.....it's very anoying i think.
And maybe you want to do something about the flashy ie-logo i think on smaller version of it would be enough!!
The rest is pretty good, the design is maybe a bit basic, but it al works very good. And everyone knows where to click
wich isn't always the case...
