Your site isn't copy heavy, but it certainly was a strain to read the home page content.

The flickering effect on the main nav images is a nice touch, but it's adding a lot of overhead to the site especially considering the speed of your server... single layer indexed .gif's would load much much faster.

I know you've optimized your site for Internet Explorer and i suppose thats wise consiering about 88% of people still use it... but consider that 11% of people switched to Firefox in the last 18 months and it's still growing, you may want to address some of the issues your site has with Firefox and other browsers.

Now, imho, serif fonts look dirty and cluttered... I try to use sans-serif fonts as much as possible... as you will find most sites do.... Arial being the most common, but not the only choice.

Just sharing my views, please don't take any of my criticisms personally.. they are meant to help because you asked...

Mike.
Ok thnx for the tips buty I've got some questions...
1.What do you mean by "but it certainly was a strain to read the home page content."

2nd thing The nav images that flicker are gifs...They are self made in Photoshop....What are you telling me...Should I change them for non flickering buttons!?Or what?
4.About the background and the text colour.....I like it like it is:P.
5.I will try to make a put a more "cooler" font for the text.
