If you can't find a copper texture, you could always make your own by following this tutorial: BioRUST.com :: Tutorials >> Brushed Metal

In Step 1, fill the document with a red colour instead of 50% grey.

I would also echo what Mike suggested about using the Lighting Effects filter to give it that finishing touch - you could light it with a red spotlight, maybe?
