I've had a quick look on Google Groups but there's no trace of the problem you describe being linked specifically to that make of computer. The SR1303WM's spec, coupled with the amount of RAM you have and the extra HDD set as a scratch disk should be more than adequate to run PS CS with no problems at all. If trashing your prefs file doesn't work, you may have to reinstall Photoshop.
