Hi,

Could do with some help, im attempting to create an old movie type pic upon an existing pic.

By that i mean something like this...

But animated, you know like old school pathe newsreel clips, with the flicking vertical lines and blotches and hairs and stuff...

Just downloaded a brush set from here, not sure if im on the right track but any help would be excellent.
