I'm assuming you're trying to achieve the red glowing effect on the copper plate...

I'd try and find a burshed copper texture to use as a background... then apply some pattern you like as an overlay.... you'll likely want to gaussian blur the overlay layer quite a bit and adjust the tone using IMAGE -> ADJUSTMENTS -> COLOR BALANCE

For a finishing touch, you may want to use a Lighting Effects filter to give the piece some highlights....

It's hard to be more specific because i'm not sure exactly what your trying for...
